“Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion”

Reaching out for help is often the most important step.  It can also be the most challenging first step.    Good mental health is essential to live a happy and optimal life.   I believe in providing a safe and supportive space to allow clients to access their inner wisdom and intuition to guide them in their process to fulfillment.

I work from a holistic framework, blending mindfulness and current psychological research to address the whole person.  Every person is unique, I develop personal treatment plans designed to address the individuals needs using many different modalities.

I encourage clients to embrace, learn from and accept their thoughts and feelings while working to change undesirable behavior patterns, as opposed to trying to control, avoid, or feel guilty about painful emotions or past experiences.

Emotional stress is the root cause of anxiety and depression and other mental health concerns. When we work on emotions we’re actually working on our physical and mental wellbeing as a whole.

A huge benefit of therapy is that you are working through emotional issues as well as developing tools to help you deal with them in the future.

I look forward to working with you.   Peace
