I specialize in motivational interviewing, a goal-directed technique which allows you to explore and discover the possibility of changes within yourself. I use this approach, combined with my empathy and unconditional positive regard, to assist you in making changes of various categories.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have a Master’s in Agency Counseling/Co-Occurring Disorders, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling.
